Can an employer sue his employees for sexual harassment?

Not all of them. Only about a half a dozen. At first, to be honest, it was rather flattering but now I can't get from my parking spot to my office without being groped, teased and generaly confronted with their demands for gratification.

They are all very attractive women, well, one man too, and good employees. I suppose I could fire them but with the labor laws the way they are, I fear a wrongful termination suit

Wow, I have that same problem, only worse. it started with a half dozen of the really attractive women, but has now expanded to the point that ALL the women at the office want me. I'm not just talking about the younger women, even the older, married women are throwing themselves at me. my suggestion, install cameras, and sell the videos as soft porn.

No, because they have no authority in the workplace. It's not like they can say, "sleep with me or I'll fire you."
Obviously you have a rich, active imagination! And a sense of humor. Enjoy both.
Put them all on official notice. Do it by the books. Then any more trouble, fire them and they cannot sue for wrongful termination.
Nope...not wrongful termination...you can fire them for sexual harassment as well as insubordination. Fire one and the rest should get the message loud and clear!
Lol, you poor thing!
Sexual harassment is illegal in the USA. Advise them publicly that they are making you feel intimidated and uncomfortable, document it, and fire away - the actions are illegal - just have the documentation.
You need to have a meeting and tell them that unless this behavior is terminated , their jobs, will be. Apparently you have come off as being an easy target in not nipping it in the bud , so to speak.
Have a private conversation with them one on one. Let them know that all though you appreciated the joke at first, it is becoming disruptive and uncomfortable and you have to ask them to stop. You may want to let them know that any future harassment could result in your taking official action. Hopefully as adults, this is all it would take to make it stop.

Document when you spoke to each one. If the harassment continues, document what happened and when. Then if you have to take additional action (such as writing them up or terminating them) you have something to back up the action you took.
Have you tried meeting with them and discussing the issue? Did you start the problem yourself? It sounds like a joke or something, if you ask me. Maybe they don't realize you aren't appreciable of the situation.

Meet with them... tell them to stop. Warn them if they don't stop, they will be let go! If this doesn't work. Let them go and if it comes back to you as wrongful termination, hold your composure and tell unemployment that they were breaking the laws of sexual harassment in the workforce!

Hope this helps you. Good Luck!
AS TO YOUR FIRST QUESTION---NO. BUT YOU CAN FIRE THEM---IF IT IS A REAL PROBLEM CONSULT A LABOR LAWYER AND DO IT BY THE BOOK..ITS EASIER THAN YOU THINK.
Let the guy crush your guts, it breaks the sexual tension. Then the women will not bother because they will realize you don't swing that way.

Two birds with one stone.
Even if what you say is a joke, you still can sue, but whether you'll win remains to be seen.
