If you copy a song or video from youtube or another sharing site, to your site, using the given code...?
do you still need copyright?
if you have a site and you copy that embed code from a sharing site, do you still need to buy it? if your site is a legal, bought one (not a blog)
Answer:
When you use the code you are not copying the video. You are only providing a link to it. Nothing is required.
um...i guess its not illeagal if you give the source its credit!
yes if you use the videos for the public purpose!
I agree with Barkley. You don't actually have the video, you are just providing a link to a hosting site. In a way, you're actually "advertising" for YouTube by posting a link to their site.
The worse that might happen is the owner of the video might see it on your profile and take a complain to the video sharing sight.
However, sites such as YouTube have made licensing agreements with record companies to allow music videos. Most other videos on the sites were posted by private movie makers, and they most likely want circulation of their videos.
