It's not only wrong, it's stupid. The proper term for people of "Nigerian" descent is "Nigerian", and it has nothing to with the N-word. Both Niger and Nigeria were named for the Niger River. The N-Word comes from the Latin word for "Black".
So I wouldn't call a Nigerian the N-Word, not only because it'll make you look like an idiot, but because he'd probably kick your *** all the way back to your trailer park.
