Legalizing Marijuana: What do you think?
Give three reasons for legalizing marijuana and three reasons for not legalizing marijuana?
Answers:
Legalization:
1. Not as harmful as cigarettes and alcohol
2. Natural
3. Easily obtained and can grow it yourself
Not Legalizing:
1. It would be taxed up like cigarettes
2. It does make you lazy
3. Probably make news laws on regulating it so you can no longer grow it yourself.
If you legalize it the price will go up. They will tax the living heck out of it.
Thats all we need are some more losers on our roads and streets legally out of their minds.

honestly, once marijuana is legalized, no one will want to do it anymore. having it be "ok" to do will suck the fun for the constant users.
1.messes with your brain.
2.get the munchies.
3.you smell horrible even days later.

Marijuana does not hurt people.
-Sure, people on marijuana hurt people, but people not on marijuana hurt people too.
It's useful, mainly medicinal purposes.
- Studies have shown that it is a painkiller and works well in the last stages of ones life to ease the pain. There could be numerous medical property of the plant that are unknown because study is not widely permitted.
It makes you feel WONDERFUL.
-Having a bad day, smoke a little weed. Eat a tasty special brownie if you don't like smoke, are drink some marijuana tea.
If marijuana became legal the prices would sky rocket, it would have to be regulated by the FDA, and no one would ever go to Amsterdam.

1)in comparison to alc. it is much safer and less destructive to your health and society
2)i smoked alot but not much now and i am graduating high honors 2majors and a minor (math,chem,acct) while some friends who do not smoke are total idiots so it wont make you dumb unless you already are
plus my memory is huge
3)they have Mothers against drunk driving but not against high driving which in an example says it is not dangerous

1)it can make you apathetic. i fixed that problem in school by not allowing myself to get high until i finished all my work
2)it can also make you a bit paranoid and anti-social but then that will be the decision of the smoker because legalizing it will not force anyone to smoke
3)alot of revenue will be lost without it
tobacco and alc. is legal because nobody wants to take the effort to grow it and roll cigarettes when they get 20 for 5$
same with alc., who wants to make it when they only want a little bit from the store

how could they make money from selling it when everybody will just grow it for free
i mean, you can grow vegetables but you can only eat so much when it is also easier to just go to the store and buy them

they get the money, they get the weed back and we pay tax money when they jail him

it is just weed
if you don't like it then don't smoke it
if you do then go smoke it
making it legal will not change anything and if anything might drop crime rates
