My employer got a restraining order against a bad worker.can she get the order cancelled if she changes mind?

California civil harrassment law only, order good until June 2009, ordered in Fresno County, CA

Answers:
No, only the Judge that issued the Restraining Order can revoke it and would only do so with just cause, which is highly unlikely if they issued the Order in the first place.

Once the employer decided to involve the State in her matters, she gave up control and her right to choose. The State can choose to protect people against themselves and their poor judgment due to either emotional attachments or coercion by the offender.

Locally a fellow went to jail for violating a Restraining Order because his wife called and wanted to meet with him and the idiot went.
