Does this effect my workers rights?

I suffer from depression and a diary of mine was found someone snooped in my locker and handed my dairy too management. I have been told I have to attend an appointment with occupational health I was told it was not an option. My boss betrayed my confidence already she vowed to be my friend and help me yesterday she told me she was never my friend and that seeing occupational health is not an option. I was told they are doing a check up too see if I am fit for work. I am extremely anxious and my family do not want to accept my depression if I loose my job I may not be able to find a new one. Employment is very hard to find in my area. My boss says she is not bullying or harrassing me but it feels that way to me. I am alone once again. Does this effect my workers rights? Can my boss do this to me?

That's appalling that someone done that to you, if your depression is not affecting your work performance and you are not taking lots of time off with it, you can not be fired. Keep a record of what is said to you re this matter. If there is someone in a position higher than your boss speak to them about this. Good Luck.
Contact a labor lawyer right away. I will warn you that while they were ethically wrong to snoop into your private stuff, LEGALLY, you have a difficult case.

If this, or any future employer, claims to be your friend, be skeptical. Especially if it is a large company trying to tell you that you are a member of the "family", or that we are all "associates" (comrades).
I don't know f this effects your workers rights but I do know that was an invasion of your privacy as police need a warrant to sneak into lockers. Although it was done in your best interest and the classes might help you so go along
From the way that you refer to occupational health then I am guessing that you might work for your local government or national government, I would surmise that you making an appointment with them yourself to discuss your health issues. I would be cautious though as you will have to give your doctor's address and details. The occupational health service is not there to hinder your career but there to help you as well. Good luck!!
Wow, I'd look into obtaining a lawyer, if they give you a hard time.

They have a right to go into your locker, and retrieve any company property. But a diary is clearly not company property. They don't have a right to read your diary. They wouldn't go through an employees purse left in a locker, would they?

The ADA, or Americans with Disabilities Act, came into effect on July 26, 1992. This important legislation prohibits private employers, state and local governments, employment agencies and labor unions from discriminating against qualified individuals with disabilities in job application procedures, hiring, firing, advancement, compensation, job training, and other terms, conditions and privileges of employment. Under the ADA, employers are required to make what is called a "reasonable accommodation" to those with a known disability if it would not impose an "undue hardship" on the operation of the employer's business. Depression can be considered a disability under this law if you continue to experience limitations in your ability to perform your job despite medications and therapy.
