No, its not possible. In order to practice law in any of the 50 states you must be certified by the state bar. It is illegal to practice law without being admitted to the bar.

If you're studying to be a lawyer.. then perhaps you should answer this. If you impersonate someone that causes others to confide in you.. then yes, you would more than likely be in trouble.
