Showing the ending of a movie without permission?
Hi, I have a question about copyright infringement.
Let's say, a nation-wide TV station recorded the ending of a just released blockbuster movie for 10 seconds (which could be a spoiler) in a movie theater with a camcorder, then showed the recording in its program, all WITHOUT the permission of the filmmaker.
Is this considered copyright infringement? If the movie is a blockbuster like "transformer," how much do you think DreamWorks pictures can sue for, for just an estimate?
Thanks for all your comments in advance.

Ooh. That could be bad, very bad. Lawsuit city. You can't even use a clip without their permission. They can sue for an outrageous amount.
