What can I do about youth vandalism and trespass...?

I have a frustrating and reocurring problem. I live in Houston were there are no zoning laws. A little over a year ago, a Sonic fast food restuarant was built bordering my property. (Before the land was cleared and developed it was a wooded area followed immediately by a busy state highway.) Ever since then, the kids in the neighborhood kick down (and destroy) the boards in the fence to get to Sonic's. I live in a deed restricted subdivison where I am fined if I do not replace these boards so of course I replace the boards and the expense comes out of my pocket.

I was able to speak with the regional manager only after hinting at consulting a lawyer. I requested that they fence their side of the property as well and maybe the double fences will deter this vandalism. He said more or less he'll see what he can do and never got back to me. That was roughly 4 months ago.

I DO NOT want a gate. As mention, there is a state highway and we have little kids who play... CONTINUED part 2

Build a fence, see a lawyer or move. Is the whole world suppose to change for you?

Can't you just buy a gun and shoot them when they enter your property?
Welcome to immoral America. Do what you want, f*ck everybody, "it's all about me". Build on every scrap of sh*t land and say "I just need to make a dollar". Oh and by the way, to stop this kind of stuff send a letter to your local city council (just make sure to include a $50,000 check)..
take notes - on everyone

report to the police so they have a note
