I-824A form provided by Immigration service. Basicaly he lives with me for more than 17 months free. The contract says he is responsible for my finances while he is my sponsor. I have to move out my onw house and rented because he wouldn't live. He is a freeloader, and I am tired to pay mortage and utilities on my own. We also have a prenuptial, mine is mine, his is his. I am in Vegas. How u think this law siut will be like? Thanks all!

First of all, form I-824 is used to request a duplicate approval notice, to request approval notice to another U.S. Consulate, and to request notice to a U.S. Consulate for derivative visas to family members
It has nothing whatsoever to do with contract law.
Your prenup is valid. Any other so-called contract is not.
File for divorce.
So which one of you is the immigrant here. If you are paying the bills, have the cops give him the boot.
