Is it a crime to swich KY jelly with super glue?
I wanna prank my ex-gf so im think about putting super glue in the ky-jelly is it a crime and what the worst thing that could happen to me
Answers:
it is criminal assault and you could do time. Switch the ky with something a little less severe...prep h maybe. Also, beware of allergies she might have, in which case anything you do might be really bad...
Also, even if there is no criminal issues, if she knows and can prove its you, she can sue you for intentional infliction of emotional distress.
I think the more important question is what can happen to her and her partner. lol I would assume that if she found out it was you, you would pay for damages (lol) and personal suffering. This may not apply to a two-timer though. ;) Not a good idea either way, my friend. Don't do it
I have no law experience, and I don't know if it's punishable, but its probably conspiracy to cause bodily harm or indirect assault or something like that. You could get five years if she's got a good lawyer and an attitude. You could get criminal and civil charges. Not a good idea, though it would be funny.
anything that causes damage very well may cause you a suit in court. And, if there are medical bills or emotional distress you will lose more than your shirt. I know it's illegal to put something in food which causes distress, so, it's just an opinion but I'd think yes it would be illegal, but it's up to the judge.
Yes, it would be a felony--assault with intent to commit great bodily harm.
Get a life.
