What is the statue of limitations in a drug case of the state of Indiana, after you have been convicted?

If you have been convicted of a driug case how long after that do the state have to come back a retry you for it or add to your sentence?

Answers:
You cannot be tried twice for the same crime. That's called double endemnity. And it has NOTHING to do with the statute of limitations which is in regards to how long do you have to wait before you know for sure that you got away with a crime for which you've never been charged.

If you've been convicted, why would they retry you?
5 years
