What is meant by prayer for justice?

If someone has had a case resolved through the judicial system,and a prayer for judgement has been assigned to the case,can that judgement be used against him,during the process of determining eligibility for hiring and/or firing?

Answers:
Yes, to the extent that an employer can consider litigation or judgments as a factor in employment decisions. On that rules vary by jurisdiction, but ordinarily an employer is free to look at credit issues and legal disputes in makign such a decision.
