I've Received a letter from AVPAS?

HELP!! Anybody who has received it before? What do i do now? And what is going to happen?
All the past victims from s'pore pls answer!

the best thing to do i suppose is to see what they want. i am not a victim, and don't intend to be. did you get the letter by downloading anime? if so, i suppose odex just want you to pay up.

i have heard of people who can't afford and appeal to odex to lower the fee. you may try though, but be prepared to show them some supporting documents.

otherwise, its just best to settle them out-of-court...
