Does any body know if virginia is making the law that whoever is born after 1992 must be 18 to drive?!?

i have no idea on that. but in the state of California the state i live in u must be 16 to get your driving permit. You can get your divers license at 16 you just need your parents to sign a paper since your'e a minor. Go to the DMV or just go to www.dmv.gov. i bet all the rules in all states are in the site.
I don't know, but I highly doubt it. There was a similar rumor in CA a few years ago.
