The RNC and government?

If the RNC can control communications in the White House, then claim priviledge, why couldn't the American Nazi Party, or the American Communist Party do the same?
Karl Rove holds NO ELECTED OFFICE!
Political parties have no protection, even if the president says so!

If the President has privilege, that doesn't mean he has to perform the communications functions personally. He can delegate that task to people, and the privilege goes with the delegation. It doesn't evaporate just because of who they are. If it wasn't members of the RNC, it'd be somebody, and they'd be privileged.
They are controlling communications here as well.
