Well, I would never have sex with a zombie and don't ever intend to. I know many people who already having sex with zombies. They sleep right next to their wives and drunk drunk as can be with no results. Thats a zombie for ya.
IN california, i dont think so as long the zombie was intending to hurt you...i always say carry an unregistered piece to place in the zombie's pants just in case
