As you spelt licence the correct way I guess you're in the UK. I can't answer your question for sure because the law is much too soft over here. But I should hope so, and that your licence is revoked for 20 years minimum. If you've got a suspended licence, your tax and insurance (if you have it) is invalid. If you cause an accident, innocent people suffer. If you're not supposed to be driving don't. Take your punishment and learn from your mistakes.
