Can the Veterans Administration stop your check is an anomalous person call in and report that you are dead.?



Answer:
No they will not.You need to provide them with a certified death certificate,with date,time,place,and cause of death.

they would need proof that you dead, ie a death certifact
i doubt it...the VA will not even deal with me as a wife of a vet who is very much alive.and I have POA..contact them directly to find out why the cheque has not been paid.
