So I am having a hard time finding access to this new law.?
Fundies are telling me that it is illegal or will be illegal to preach against homosexuality. I find this hard to believe and much like the propaganda they spread about the govt regarding prayer in schools. Does someone no of a link so that I may read the exact wording of this law? Please I do not need to be sent to another fundementalist take on the law.

Ake Green, the pastor of a Swedish Pentecostal church in Kalmar, Sweden, has been sentenced to one month in prison by a Swedish court, for inciting hatred against homosexuals. Green was prosecuted in January for "hate speech against homosexuals" for a sermon he preached last summer citing Biblical references to homosexuality.
Sweden passed an equivalent to Canada's Bill C-250 last year -- a "hate crimes" law that forbids criticism of homosexuality.
Today, Jackson, pastor of the Hope Christian Church in Lanham, Md., leads a movement against what gay activists say is their civil rights act: the Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2007.
they are correct although it has been made unclear when and how it will come about, see the basis of that law is pure prejudice they are basing it under the injuction that all people have a freedom in this country and if someone were to start bashing one particular aspect like say they gays then everyone has the right to bash whomever and they wont be able to have their pretty picnics with everyone anymore so no bashing of anykind is allowed the first ammendment doesnt stand for anything anymore.

Here in the UK, I think they have aplied the EU Human Rights Act to cover this. I couldn't tell you what the name of the law is, but there is no descrimination against anyone.
Some Ministers have been taken to court for turning down someone who was a homosexual for a job post.
Some bed and breakfasts have been taken to court for refusing to rent a single room with a double bed to two men, because it was likely that the men were gay. (they were not, they were just trying to save money, but are using the law anyway.)
