perhaps not shot in the face, shoot them in the belly it will be much more painful and will drag out the dying process

i agree with you totally. but i think that they are protesting the war but are protesting in the wrong place. i doubt that the people are against the troops, i think they are more against the war.
Yeah, people can organize a counter protest. Its pretty much the same thing as what they are doing but its targeted at them. So no violence or anything.
I am with you, a protest at an internment is wrong. Any soldier who has lost life over this war should be respected. I believe any soldier who has laid down his life for his country's resolve is a hero.

BUT....I am also with those that believe Saadam is dead. I do not believe one more American death makes a difference anymore. Let Iraq take care of Iraq. They have survived over 1000 years without Americans, they will survive this.

Thank you and much respect to those who were involved in the fight.
I agree. It is a trashy maneuver.
Shoot them in the face and then protest at their funerals!

Seriously, they are morons and exhibit A is their protests. Unfortunately, the dead soldiers they are protesting in front of are the very reasons they can get away with being so stupid. Soldiers have been sacrificing their lives and happiness so we can be free after all. If I were in charge they would be in jail but I don't think I would stand a chance of getting elected President.... I'm to human.
In Illinois they have to stay a certain distance from the funeral by law. We have an organization of motorcycle riders called the Patriot Guard that position themselves between the protesters and the funeral. The Guard meets the soldiers when he is flown home and stays with him and his family til the soldier is buried. God Bless them and our soldiers!
