Is it legal to be employeed somewhere and not be put on the schedule?

Are they trying to make me quit? Is this legal? I'm in TN. Thanks

Yes. They set the schedule to meet business needs.


I cut hours of employees that are less then desirable all of the time. Its a great way to get them to quit.
