Claiming Small Claims Court Winnings?

I won a small claims court case in Clackamas County, Oregon. Now how to I go about receiving what was rewarded to me? For example, do I have the other persons wages garnished. If so, how? Any suggestions very appreciated!

Answers:
Contact the court for information. Check their website or call and ask. There are probably some forms you need to file. It's possible you may have to use the city marshall to garnish wages but you need court papers of some sort to justify it.

concact the coutr house they will have the info you are seeking
Winning was the easy part.

Collecting is a whole other ball game.

Your courthouse will have a booklet on collecting, go get one.
IF THE COURT CANNOT HELP YOU CONTACT EITHER YOUR LOCAL SHERIFF OR CITY MARSHALL
