Would an address be enough to locate someone?
I had a babysitter that abused and molested me for two years. I would like to find her. Could I go to the county clerks office and give them her old address and they give me a list of people that lived there or something like that? Thanks xoxoxo

It would be something to get started with.
Keep in mind that the county clerk can likely only see who owned the property. If it was a rental, they wouldn't be able to determine who rented it. But you could go to the owner and see who rented it, if you could convince them.
You may be better with a name (at least a first name) so they could compare it with their records.
And it is going to cost money, and there are no guarantees.
However, if you are under 18, or close to 18 (I don't know the Statute of Limitations on sexual molestation) you could report the crime to the police -- as the SOL may not begin until you are old enough to report the crime.
They probably will require a reason for why you want this information. You should file a criminal complaint before the statute of limitations runs out and let the cops do the investigation and find out where she is. This is a criminal case so let law enforcement handle it. Call or speak to the detectives at your local police department and find out the facts about how the investigation will proceed. Tell someone about this person immediately, since you were not the first victim and won't be the last. Please expose this molester immediately.
I am so sorry to hear that. One thing i can tell u is u better goes to report police. Give them ur statement and also all the information u know about they babysitter. They police know how to hunt him down. But u must follow up with them cause sometime the police might not take ur case seriously. If once u find that they do not do their job, goes to the child molested and rape society. they also can help u in this situation. U must have a strong back up u so that u will not be harm by him. Cause u need law protection. Remember don't act on ur own...get the law to back u up ok. God will protect u.
