How much time would 262 grams of cocaine and having a handgun get you?
A relative of mine got indicted for what I mentioned above and crossing state lines. He was busted in Iowa and caught in Nebraska. How much time could he expect after all the bargaining mumbo jumbo if any?

Enough time to make him realize that he has wasted a good part of his life, if he has not hurt anyone in the process then hopefully not too long, lets just hope when he does eventually get out he can turn his life around, though I don't think he will have that chance in the prison system, rehabilitation does not seem to be high on the agenda, whereas learning how to be as mean as hell in order to survive does.
Whatever he gets will not be enough! A cocaine head with a weapon! An accident waiting to happen!
Sorry, I have no empathy for him unless their are other mitigating circumstances!

Depends if they want to charge him in federal court or state court. It is hard to say how much time he can expect, he would probably be best served by taking a plea.
pity he didn't try to shoot it out save a lot of money & time for the goverment if he was shot & killed & it gets another scumbag out of the world
He's gonna be doing some big jail numbers. 262 grams of cocaine is a lot! Plus the hand gun. If he had any priors, he's really screwed He's definitely gonna get trafficking charges and lord knows what else
Both cocaine and a handgun are federal offences,so he is probably looking at 30 to 40 years but the good thing he only has to do 85% of that time,what a shame.
