Contract with a cardealer?

If I signed a contract with a cardealear, but the date is wrong on the contract (3 date before). Is it still a valid contract?

Answers:
A true "error" of the sort you mention probably will not allow you to get out of the contract. If it is fraudulently done, then maybe, but proving that sort of thing in hard.

You need to have proof.
