NC alcohol law?

I was just curious to find out if anyone knows how much moonshine that a person can legally make in the state of NC...
We are going to run an exibit for a weekend event.. Thanks!

Its not so much the amount but your intention. This means if the law deems you are preparing to sell the moonshine, you're in trouble. I made gallons of blackberry hooch on my NC farm but never sold any. I gave it away. The sheriff knew and got a few jugs him self.
If you are going to set up a still as an exhibition, call the sheriff and let them know what your plans are. You shouldn't have a problem. Offer the law an invitation to be there when you dispose of you shine.

You are SOL. The state controls all alcohol sales outside of beer and wine. You might try contacting your county's ABC Board to see what the requirements for a permit are.

Good luck with this. NC is not noted for supporting private enterprise where booze, gambling and sex are concerned. Unless you're Jim Black of course.
zero none, not a drop!! To do so you must be licensed by both the federal and state governments, keep a monster stack of documents on every drop produced, and bottled, it must be stored in a federal bonded warehouse, all taxes must be pre paid to remove it from the federal warehouse. It is legal to produce 200 gallons of home made wine and beer each year..
