New Jersey Child Support Guidelines??

If anyone knows how to calculate child support according to the NJ state guidelines - please contact me. I have an incompetent lawyer who "doesn't know how so he'll let the other attorney calculate them" - clearly making me nervous. The number that the other attorney has come back with is $81 a week higher than before. I don't believe I was give the proper credits for my mandatory deductions & my other dependent. I am very confused and don't want this number entered before the judge unless I know it is right and fair. I AM NOT TRYING TO SKATE MY OBLIGATION - I just want to know what it is. I would appreciate any assistance as I have tryed to help myself online and became confused. Thank you.

in the state of new jersey your other dependents are not taken into consideration. it is basically a first come first serve. i know this from personal experience. the rule is that legally they can not take more than 28% of your pay but like in my case that is not true. you could check out their website they have a calculator there. but its not always the case

Yeah, you don't want to steal a guy's baby and not have him pay you the right amount for it.
