Why won't Nancy Pelosi seek an Impeachment of the Bush Administration?

My conclusions are mostly leaning towards the fact that the country really can't afford it financially, especially after the administration's messing up the funds we have already on the war and other crap that have been proven a waste...
On another note...She doesn't have the complete number of votes she would need to ensure the administration leaving office.
I'm guessing Pelosi doesn't want to impeach him without being able to remove him from office. That's what happened to Clinton. It was just a political circus, a partisan vendetta. Clinton reached his highest popularity ratings during his impeachment, and was never below 55% after that.
In order to actually throw Bush and Cheney out (and then put them in jail where they belong), there would have to be many Republicans voting for it in the Senate. And the Republicans just won't do that. It would hand the White House over to the Democrats, which would be political suicide. But without being able to do that, impeachment in the House is just a meaningless exercise.
But every day Bush stays in office hurts the Republicans a little more. Enough Repubs in the Senate may get scared of losing their own seats and might make a deal. The deal would be that Cheney steps down first and Bush gets to hand-pick his successor, so when Bush gets impeached (or quits) there is still a Republican president. This is just what happened with Nixon.
So sometime in the next 17 months, if Cheney resigns 'for health reasons', you'll know the process is beginning.
She does not want to be seen as a hysterical political hack who uses an impeachment process; that is certain to fail, in place of the political process to satisfy the most extreme elements of her party.
mostly because she does not have the votes to go anywhere near impeachment - so why spend the political capital going for it?
The U.S Senate is divided, maybe that's way Pelosi does not want to impeach Bush. Nancy Pelosi is trying to compromise with the White House. Congressman Dennis Kucinch from Cleveland,Ohio introduced a bill calling for the impeachment of Dick Chaney.
She can't get the votes to do it, why waste the time? She's damned if she does and if she doesn't.
as the commentary on freelawanswer.com will attest, we have many, many low-IQ people in the US whose views of the world consist of whatever they hear on Fox News. Nancy knows she doesn't have enough support to do the right thing.
Because this democrat-republican game is just a charade. They are all working together for one ultimate goal. To destroy the sovereignty of the U.S. ,so there can be a one-world government.
