Have there been any lawsuits with auto makers involving mice chewing up wires in cars?
Answers:
No.
Mice chew wires and wreak havoc when a vehicle has been stationary for long periods of time and/or are in locations where they have been dislocated from their regular or normal nesting sites.
Auto manufacturing plants do not provide the type of habitat that mice like. They are too noisy, clean and have too many people.
How could you show it is the maker's fault for a mouse that chews wires after you buy it.
Not that I could find in a search. I did not search far, but mice chewing wires is hardly a manufacturing defect.
Unless the auto makers are putting the mice into the cars to chew the wires, how are the auto maker's liable??
