Who else thinks that our legal system needs some work?

Michael Jackson and OJ Simpson both got away with horrible crimes, they deserve to be rotting in jail right now, but they aren't. And, there are other people who aren't rich and famous, and they get put into jail for crimes that they didn't commit.

Answers:
Well in O.J.'s case I would agree but Michael Jackson was innocent and justice was served in his case!

♥♥We Love You Michael!!♥♥

I do. But other than charging flat rates for lawyers, there is little that can be done. Our justice system is only as good as the lawyer representing you. If you have Johnny Cochran or Mike Gerigos, then you tend to have the best money can buy.

But I do agree - I think that something needs to be done in our justice system. I just don't know what can be done.
i think the whole human race needs work, start there and all these other probs might get better
Yes, it seems that being rich has its privileges. And the legal system is flawed. You are now guilty until proved innocent. I once spent 10 days in jail for just looking like someone. They had to process the information and instead of doing all the forensics first and then coming and picking up the person, I got picked up until they could found the correct person. Needless to say, I had to sue them to have it removed from my record. The government and powers to be, lost something along the way. The legal system was meant to work differently then it does. Just somewhere along the line, it got flawed.
The legal system definitely needs work. It wouldn't be an easy job to revise all of the laws, but someone should do it. there is always a way for these people to slip through yet another loophole. it's sickening. What we need is lawyers with morals who won't defend someone they know is guilty; no matter how much money they have.
I had heard in new jersey some illegal immigrant raped a young girl and the local cops just let him go. This guy should be turned over to homeland security or immigration and deported at the very least. But the new jersey cops never called the Feds.

It always burns me when they take some super star to jail who broke the law, and they say, oh the jail is too full we have to let you go. If it were you or I we'd be sleeping on the floor in the jail like they do in the philippines.

I was hoping they would lock michael jackson up in that jail where manson is. Think about it, manson on guitar, jackson singing and dancing. CD sales would skyrocket on that one.
That is a match made in heaven.

I'm surprised OJ hasn't been taken off the face of this earth by now. His notorious escapades frolicking around the streets of miami are bound to catch up with him.

So yeah, our whole legal system is a total load of crap.
Hey Jackie, I do have to agree with you on the O.J Simpson case, but as far as evidence goes on MJ's case, he's innocent until proven guilty.
