Am i entitled to lieu days ?

I work 32.5 hours a week and my shift pattern is fri @ 8.5 hrs sat @ 12 hours and sunday @ 12 hrs, i do days 1 week the nights the week after, occasionaly my night shift finishes Monday morning which some fall into bank holidays too, do i get the full entitlement bank holidays paid as a lieu day

Strange as it may seem it is not compulsory for your firm to give you Bank Holidays off. As for days off in lieu this would be unlikely it would depend entirely on your contract.

This will be in your contract of employment and should have been explained at interview.
