Unfair bank charges?
Today it has been known that all banks who are dealing with unfair bank charges reclaims are suspended while the cases go to court! This could take awhile, so what are we suppossed to do now. My claim was supposed to have been sorted by now but because of this, if the banks are found that they do not need to pay out it is unfair as quiet a few people have already had their money back. I have had my amount confirmed as to what i am owed. What are we supposed to do now?

This is a good question. I am in the same predicament, but I refuse to wait any longer and will carry on regardless because I don't intend that the Banks get away with this. Will be interested to see what repercussions this has. I haen't got to Court stage and was hoping for out of court settlement.
The only reason my big brother got his bank charges back is because we live close to a former bank manager who still had a lot of contacts and was pretty high up in barclays, sometimes it is about the people who you know.
I would try watchdog as they used ot have some really good advice on there website for poele with this sort of trouble.

As normal they will take it to the last second to decide if we get ourmonies back. They shouldnt be able to with hold our money.the interest builds every day, now we have to wait for the courts to decide if they are right when they know really the charges are unjust. Everything automated now anyway!!
