My neighbor is harrassing me through invalid complaints?
After raining for 2 days straight, they reported urine spots on their patio below mine. If I watch tv or listen to radio above "2", they complain. If they see something out of place on my patio, they complain to get it removed. If I walk too much in my apt, they bang the ceiling or call landlord. what can i do besides sitting in a corner and holding my breath, especially when the landlord thinks I'm being defensive and beligerent because I always am being put on the defensive? My landlord is now threatening me..I'm 40 yrs old, never have guests, my dog is quiet and never urinated on the patio, and i live alone. Something has to give. What can i do? The landlord has gotten aggressive even though the complaints stopped and has even called family friends (the builder) to complain about me because when i first called to report possible tenant harrassment, he didn't even consider it and considered me to be defensive and uncooperative. I never even raised my voice! what can i do?

If the landlord is on your neighbor's side, all you can do is move.
Call a lawyer.I have a downstairs neighbor that always complains every time my mom vacuums.With material like that I think you can press charges on your neighbor and talk to the landlord.It sounds extreme to press charges,but if it gets bad enough...
Go to the local city office and start paying you rent in escrow till this gets worked out, File a harassment complaint with the local law enforcement/city.
