Bumuo ng tinatawag na common linguistic concern team ang Supreme Court (SC) upang mamahala sa pagsasalin ng mga isinaad na desisyon ng korte.



Sa memorandum order 74-02006, nakasaad na nahihirapan umano ang maraming mamamayan na intindihin ang mga desisyon ng korte dahil sa language barrier, kung saan hirap ang mga ordinaryong mamamayan na intindihin ang mga desisyon sa wikang Ingles kaya hindi ganap na nauunawaan ang desisyon sa mga kaso.



Hindi umano nagkakaroon ng pagkakataon ang mga ordinaryong mamamayan na makamit nang buo ang karampatang katarungan dahil sa tinatawag na language barrier na ito.
