Can a local women's gym legally and constitutionally prevent me from becoming a member?

curves for women got sued and lost a case just like this in wisconsin back in 03. but there are better gyms for guys. unless you crave gossip
Yes. You think every private club in America has to allow everybody in their doors?? And just why do you want to be a member at a place you're not wanted??
Get a life... why would you want to go to a girl's gym unless you are a bit strange. They are more expensive than mixed gyms anyway.
Yes if you are a man but a women can be a member at a man gym it's not fair but that how it is.
