Juvenile Fugetive Question?

If a 15 year old breaks out of Juvenile Detention Hall, is she a fugetive for life, or when she turns 21, can the law not get her?

Answers:
Minors are being given chances to rehabilitate and their records are not sometimes considered when they reach legal age.

Chances are high that they will get cough simply because of
there life stile and habits. I would think that if she turned her
self in, it would go a long way towered her getting an early
release. Good luck.
