What's the best way to report someone for SSD and welfare fraud?
I know someone who has a 10 year old son and lives with her boyfriend. She is getting HUD (on the waiting list) IS getting food stamps (over $300 a month) and is also trying to get SSD benifits.
She will not work. (I said won't not can't), lives with her boyfriend who makes over $45,000.00 a year. Seems to be able to physically do anything that she wants (except work). Basically she is just trying to milk the system because she is a fat lazy POS.
What is the best way to turn her in and make sure that she gets nailed? I usually don't do this type of thing, but her and her boyfriend burnt my husband and me for $175. So, karma is a b!tch.
I wouldn't do this if it was going to put her son out on the street or do any harm to her son. You can call the office of each of those places. Sadly they won't do much. Honestly it does not matter. Her boyfriends money is not hers. So she will probably still qualify.

A few weeks ago I was in Publix behind a lady using food stamps, well the ebt card, and I walked out behind her. She got in a brand new $70,000 Lexus. I could have smacked her. I was so mad.
When I was in college I went full time, worked two jobs working 50 hours a week to put myself through. I could not afford bread much less my rent. I could get NO help. Not even my tuition paid for. I had two break downs during that time too. It was hard. Yet I was working two jobs pay taxes so this hoe could have her Lexus since I paid for her food. I can't stand it. They use it as a tool not because they really need it we all see it everyday but like the one comment says you could call the agenices involved but they won' t do anything its job security for them. Your right Karma is a B*tch, however you are not in control of when that should happen. Just like she will get what needs to come to her you get what karma will bring to you. Doing this out of anger is not going fix the situation, it may not even end the way you want it to. So let it go as well as her and any knowledge of her. Move on, make your life better however don't judge others or think just that your better than anyone else.
There are fraud hot lines in every state. Public assistance is usually overwhelmed with casework. Quicker is to file an anonymous report to children's services if that's appropriate. Is she just keeping the child to qualify for HUD housing? IRS may be interested, but will be slow to act until her tax return eventually shows up.
