Interrogatory?
I plan to fill out the interrogatory I received but they want it notorized. If I send it back w/o being notorized (cant afford) do you think they will accept it?
Answers:
You can go to any bank and have it notarized. It costs maybe a few bucks. There isn't a reason why you shouldn't be able to do it.
By notarizing it, you are stating that the answers are truthful and to the best of your ability.
Go somewhere else for the notary.
They are not that expensive, some don't even charge.
I agree with star.
In most states, you don't have to have it notarized, but it never costs more than $10 or $20 to get it notarized anyway. If you have a lawyer, he more than likely has a notary who will do it for you for free.
