How can i find out if there is a law against selling or renting of porn movies in coshocton ohio?

local video store just started renting porn and someone told me they thought it was illegal how could i find out?

Nothing criminal in doing it. Unless the video covers or something else sexual is out in plain view where minors can see it.

They may have to have a special zoning to sell that kind of stuff. That is up to the building inspector, and wouldn't be criminal if they were in violation of it.

you have to have a certain license to distribute porn...just ask the local authorities. If they think it is a problem then they will take care of it right away. They will also be able to find out whether or not they have a license to distribute.
