How to file a land trust?
how does someone file a land trust to hide land from others. mom is getting tons of med bills and has some farmland she want to leave to us but afraid someone will sue and put a lien on it.

She can, with a real estate lawyer, simply sign the deed over to whom ever she wants. He should only charge a couple of hundred dollars.
They can't touch the land once it is in somebody else's name.
However, they can sue her for the money. The land will stay clear in the name of who she wished to have it.
