Has anyone seen www.malepregnancy.com/? Is this hospital in the US and subject to proper safeguards?

This hospital is carrying out experimental procedures and the site has a pretty comprehensive disclaimer on it. If it's in the US, I assume it is properly regulated, but I was unable to ascertain that. Certainly Americans are aware of it - there have been articles in Newsweek and USA today.

It may be a 'Piss Take' as suggested, but it has a basis in fact.
in Australia, the mid 80's a woman successfully gave birth to a child after 'Cesarean style' surgery,.
Following earlier surgery, after she had been stabbed. during which the wound had opened her womb and a fertilised egg successfully attached itself to her colon. Using nothing but the umbilical chord and the blood supply it got from there, the foetus grew and survived.
It was concluded, (although not widely reported, at the time) that there was no scientific reason why a man could not do the same.
