Just wondering, can two people in jail get married to eachother?

Answer:
Yes, of course. A man and a woman in jail can get married if they want to. Marriage is not bound by the sentence their serving in the jail. And i know a lot of guys who got married in jail.

As long as they are of the opposite sex.
"two people" can definitely get married, but out of them one
must be male! lol ??
Depends on the state, because I would assume that two people in jail are both of the same gender, in which case, it depends on the state.

Now can you marry someone while you're in prison, who is not in prison? Yes.
Well they seem to have one thing in common. Since they are already jailbirds I guess lovebirds isn't such a leap.
i forget what it is called but yes you can
