where can i find a list of laws for new jersey that can explain what i can or cant do to modify my car? thanks

Answer:
NJ Legislators just love to pile on stupid regulation on top of stupid regulation when it comes to cars. You will have to surf the DMV web site and see if you can dig out the regs buried in there on what is street legal and what is not.
