Proper Disability Parking Signs in Kansas?

Does disability parking in the state of Kansas have to be marked with a vertically mounted sign in a public parking area? Or, can such be marked with only a painted disability marking ? (wheelchair.) If so, does it need to be fluorescent paint to be seen at night? Or for that matter, BOTH?

Answers:
Don't know the exact laws in Kansas,but here in Pa a handicapped spot can be marked with either a sign,a painted disability marking or both.The paint does not have to be fluorescent,but they are usually painted blue.
