What does AJUDICATED GUILTY mean?

My sister went to court and online it says that. i know what guilty mean, but, AJUDICATED ?

Adjudicated means that a trial took place. So, a person that's adjudicated guilty means that the person either had a jury trial or a bench trial, and the person was found guilty.
