The minimum for 3 DWIs in VA within 5 years is 30 days with 10 days if within 10. It really all depends on BAC, how close together and all of that. They could toss you in for a year but it usually would not be more than that as if sentenced over a year then it is state prison.. not county.
In Virginia any combination of 3 (reckless, DWI or suspended) will get you a 10 year suspension. You have passed that so it may be permanent revocation... at that point you have to petition the court to get your license back.
You need to get the best and most expensive lawyer that you can get.. even if it means selling your car. A good lawyer could get it reduced, have you put into a program, the vehicle monitor, home detention and all sorts of things. Or delay the court date allowing a person to do voluntary ASAP and hit AA often. Were you suspended because you never got reinstated after your last suspension? If so pay all of that and reinstate so you can show up in court w. it. At least pay any past fines.
Do you have a decent job? Have you been there awhile? Many things are possible w. a great lawyer so don't skimp. Regardless it all depends. It could even depend on if you look clean cut or not.
3 strikes your out. that is 25 years of prison time
A better question might be "what's wrong with me, and where do I turn for help?" you might wanna get to an AA meeting- just a suggestion.

In Texas they tried to give me 5 years, but I went to rahab for 30 days instead.
I hope like hell that anyone with 3 DWI's gets absolutely NAILED! Driving without a valid license and while intoxicated are not fun or amusing or cute things to try.
Be grateful while one is sitting in jail detoxing that one's only worries are how bad the food and the company are and not that KILLING sombodys child is on one's conscience while one was acting irresponsibly!!
DAAAMM! HOW MANY PICKUPS CAN YOU DRIVE AT THE SAME TIME? The most pickups I ever drove when I was drunk was just two. Man you are my hero! Did it take 6 cops to pull you over?...But really , sell the farm and get yourself a well known lawyer to handle this one .fifty G's is about right to get out of this one. You think crime doesnt pay? ask a lawyer.
