Can a grenadian sue an american in grenada?

Okay, okay! I'll give your milk money back already.
Sheesh.
Not really. There are international laws that would have to be reviewed before being able to answer that question whole-heartedly, however, my initial instinct would be no. First off, You need to find out how a lawsuit would work in Grenada if you both were of that nationale. Secondly, once you find out when and if the party can file against you, while you are in the country of Grenada or America. There are several factors that you have going on...you may want to find out those details first before you proceed any further.
Probally but I would think the American would have to agree. The court system in Grenada in most cases would have no jurisdiction of an American citizien. Unless the American commited a crime in Grenada of course. Your best bet would be to sue him in an American civil court.
