Can Arbitrators be tried U/S217, 219 IPC?
Can Arbitrators, who are suspected to have received bribe to favour a party to dispute, tried U/S 217, 219 or any other relevant section of IPC? If there is evidence that they have intentionally ignored provisions of Act, rules, circulars pointed by lossing party and also ignored provisions of Arbitration act, Can it not be assumed that acted with unfair means?, Can they be tried under provisions of IPC.

These question appears in multiple countries. IPC could have MANY different meanings depending on where you are. Arbitrators are generally involved in civil cases as opposed to criminal matters. Even without specific laws on the issue, they could be sued for damages if it can be shown they acted improperly.
