What happens to an estate with 2 men given equal durable power of attorney?

not recorded yet, so who has power? what status does recording it give to either of these men?

Answers:
When you say "estate", I take it that the individual who gave them the Power is deceased.

If that's the case, neither one is effective. "Durable" only survives the inability of the person to act for themselves, no Power of Attorney survives death.
